EasyRoller battery-powered roll pusher can push paper rolls and cylindrical loads up to 8,000 kg with a single pedestrian operator.
Typical applications include; usage in paper mills to push paper rolls, in corrugator plants to push paper rolls onto shuttle carts and to subsequently push the loaded shuttle cart into the production line with a special attachment for manual floor tracks.
Special design features include an ergonomic tiller head that can rotate through 200° enabling the operator to stand offset at 90° to the direction of movement. Combined with the compact design, this means you can position the roll pusher in between paper rolls and push where there is limited space for the operator, which is ideal for when paper rolls are butted up against one another.
Our shuttle cart attachment is another unique offering. This add-on attachment is designed for use with manual floor tracks to reduce back strain pushing the rolls on the loaded cart. This attachment uses a tilt feature to hook under the end of the paper roll enabling you to safely push the paper roll loaded on the shuttle cart into the production line with ease.
Interchangeable battery packs, with off-board charging, ensure maximum machine availability across three-shifts.
