Heavy Duty Trailer Mover

The Heavy Duty (HD) Trailer Mover is designed to handle larger loads than its sister model the MUV Trailer Mover. The HD Trailer Mover is pedestrian-operated by hand and requires no operator license.

The HD Trailer Mover is suitable for a range of applications and industries, such as; towing boats, moving Ground Support Equipment (GSE) , towing motorsport trailers, pushing horsebox/livestock trailers, pulling munition carts, moving mobile accommodation units, pulling modular building structures, manoeuvring caravan trailers and within the manufacturing process.

As the HD Trailer Mover is a battery-powered tow tug, there are no exhaust fumes or engine noise making it suitable for indoor use. There are also no handle bar vibrations (HAVS), thus preventing risk of injury.

There is a wide range of towing hitches and attachments available, including 50mm ball hitch or NATO pintle hitch. By working with a Nu-Star Design Engineer bespoke attachments can also be designed and manufactured, making the Heavy Duty Trailer Mover an adaptable model.
