| The manufacturing process utilises the latest Glass-Fused-To-Steel technology in order to create modular steel sections with the
corrosion resistance of glass.
The Power Pusher is used to push and pull stacks of steel sheet into and out of the new Trumpf press . The steel sheets vary from 2-7mm in thickness and each stack weighs 4 tonnes.
Kevin Woods from Permastore explained, "The Power Pusher has taken all of the physical effort out of this process and reduced the
likelihood of any hand/finger injuries which may have resulted from direct handling of the steel sheets. It has proven to be popular
with all the staff here."
